For orders not from Addis Abeba and the neighbouring cities, usedinethiopia.com will use different delivery methods so that you can have your item on time.

All orders of 2000 Birr or more of eligible items across any product category qualify for FREE Shipping.

This program is available only to Addis Ababa residents. With FREE Shipping, your order will be delivered within the estimated shipping speed available after you checkout.

Terms & Conditions

CUSTOMERS WITH ORDERS OF 2000 Birr+ OR MORE:

We appreciate our customers and suppliers for shopping more than 2000 Birr, for the same reason we are not receiving any delivery charges on orders of 2000 Birr which are waived off just to improve our relationship with our customers, not only that our customers also receive free return without any charges when they are not satisfied with even one of the ordered products or all. In the same policy we also advise our customers to please keep in mind that when the products are returned, your paid amount are transferred back to your Login Wallet Account, which can be easily utilized on your next purchase, but the customer is charged with the delivery charges of 100 Birr as per the policy defined by the company.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just make sure to contact us within 3 Days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, return it back your payment will be transfer to your Login Wallet Account you can buy another item from our store, we have No Cash Refund Policy.

TO RETURN THE ITEM

1: Call our Customer Support Team on (+251929334166) within 3 Days from the day your order is delivered to arrange a return.
2: An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
3: Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4: Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
5: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and your payment will be transferred to your Login Wallet Account. You can use Your Wallet Account Balance for New Orders only.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be canceled from the order, by calling you in a proper way. If the order is through Cash on delivery then the payment will be deducted from Cash. If the payment is made through card then the payment will be received in full and will be returned once the products are delivered to you. The amount will be refunded to your credit card. You will only be charged for products given in your shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
